Microsoft Issues 12 May 2025

Microsoft South Africa Since last week I realized that when either me or my friend wants to sign on to our Microsoft accounts, even on the FIRTST attempt, the message "Too Many Requests" is displayed. It wasn't really an issue, although it might be related to the fact that we are unable to create my friend's e-mail account on Outlook. MY PC was in for repairs for a while, received it back last week and this morning I wanted to access a MSoft shared drive (One Drive), when I was prompted to sign on to my MSoft account. The outcome was that I had to change my password, but then got the same "Too Many Requests", after actually only trying it once??!! I am therefore unable to get to the mentioned shared One Drive area, which I need to do some work. I tried to get a call logged via the internet - no success and it basically treid to help me by requesting my sign on, but then said it can't actually find me - dead end ??? I have now tried to call Microsoft South Africa five times - after 42 seconds the call just dies... How do I now get this issue resolves, actually both - signing on to Microsoft and getting in touch with MSoft South Africa. Thank you very much.
