Microsoft ISO Milnerton Theft

A *****ster operating under the name 'Microsoft ISO Milnerton' charged my credit card for a transaction that I did not incur. It is a small amount, but if you google this company you will see many people complaining. Some time ago I sent Microsoft a message on their Facebook page about this event. Did not receive any response. It is impossible to actually talk to Microsoft... directed to robots. I want to know if Microsoft condone this theft .... have they done anything to stop it?
