Microsoft is useless

I bought an Xbox s three months ago from hifi corporation (worse mistake of my life). It stopped working after 2 months and I took it back to the shop. To my dismay they told me “sorry ur on your own” , sort it out with Microsoft. I hv spent over R1000 on airtime trying to get Microsoft to collect the console for repairs but they keep on giving me reference numbers. Whenever u call , nobody knows anything abt the reference numbers. They even tell u to call the courier company urself Don’t buy X box consoles , especially from Hi fi Corporations if u don’t want stress. I have told all my family and friends not to buy Microsoft products. They sell the consoles in South Africa and ur call is routed to the UK when u need help
