Microsoft SA is unable to provide any form of support to clients which is equivalent to the Microsoft Call Centre based in Bulgaria. Try contacting the call centre and you will get no assistance and your call will be cut off several times. So quite frankly invest in a Play Station for your family. Much better support. Xbox turned out to stop working after 4 weeks of purchase. It's been days and all you get is a run around from every person who takes your call. The Microsoft offices based in Johannesburg is a joke. Not only can they NOT help you but refuse to answer your calls going forward. This is the most useless company I have come across and they claim to support and assist.
