Microsoft has zero support

Microsoft has zero support, I have been struggling for weeks now to get my genuine Windows that I bought through Microsoft directly, activated. I got through to speak to someone on the activation line and they said it was a known issue and that my Windows will activate in 48 hours, that has long since passed.
