MICROSOFT HAS NO SERVICE!!!

<p>Purchased Microsoft's Office 365 from Dions in December, 2016, downloaded it off the Web (no longer supply a Disc) it worked for a month, then disappeared off my Lap Top. Got Dions to reinstall it. Then in January, 2017, it disappeared again. Contacted Microsoft, they accessed my PC and Downloaded it again but this time Outlook did NOT work !!! Numerous International Phone Calls and Promises to repair it but NOTHING has happened. Phoned Microsoft in Johannesburg at ********** . Rude operator was completely disinterested and when I asked to speak to the Manager she cut me off! What "wonderful Service"???</p>
