Microsoft has a non-existant complaints procedure and never get back to you.

Microsoft are the worst software business. I have tried every avenue, bot, email I can to solve my issue. They make promises, never get back to me. It boils down to a subscription I paid for in February 2021. They stopped my microsoft account due to not paying. I have uploaded my bank statement, sent message, approached their service bot online on more than 3 occasions, always told that the issue is esculated but they never get back to me so I go back and start the process over. I would happily stop using Microsoft software but unfortunately many of my clients use it so I am stuck.
