Microsoft Excel (Renew you Account )

So I renewed my Microsoft Office account paid with my credit card and for some reason it keeps on asking me to renew the account . I even share the account with myself to on email and still it doesn't seem to be working . I sent mails to Microsoft SA to ask for assistance on this matter and no feed back . Bad experience so far paid for something I need for business and still it doesn't seem to work .
