I understand email account security in very important. How does Microsoft expect you to recover your password by providing information if your security questions have been changed. You cannot phone Microsoft and if you email Microsoft you wait weeks for an answer and the reply takes you around in circles. I have had my email account for many years and it is linked to many of my accounts. So what now Microsoft. My account is being used to ********* me and my contacts are getting spam via my account.
