Microsoft doesn't give a damn and I don't know what to do

I only give them one star because it doesn't appear no stars is an option. I won't bore you with my experience. Same as everyone else and Microsoft SA doesn't seem to care as long as they take our money. Isn't it time South African consumers take action against Microsoft? Any suggestions?
