Microsoft does not protect customers

I have done everything legal with regards to Microsoft, always bought legit programmes but since you forced the whole world to upgrade to Windows 10, my paid for Office Programmes does not work. Your excuse is that someone must have ****** my legally bought activation key. That is just not possible from my side. We are paying over our heads to stay legit and you can't even protect your customers. I expect you to furnish me with an activation key since the problem did not originate from me.
