MICROSOFT - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

How can one of the worlds biggest software owners give such disgusting service!! I spent 4 hours and achieved absolutely nothing.

I was trying to get help with Microsoft, using Microsoft's products & I cannot connect, using Microsoft Quick Access, which I was told they can only use....DISGUSTING! When routed to a gentleman in Kenya, a baby was screaming so loud in the background, 4 hours later I had to put down the phone. 4 hours later, still having achieved nothing!!!
