Microsoft Customer service sucks!!!!!!!!

I was always a MS and .NET type of person (hated Apple) but from the service received from MS over the last couple of weeks is shocking, my email account was blocked (no reason given) a couple of weeks ago and i did everything the MS site said but nothing works, tried calling and just talked with a robot who gave me the link to reset account
