Microsoft Cloud Lost Pictures

Cloud Lost all my Photos on Microsoft Cloud and also "gone" from my Computer. Major personal irreplaceable loss. Microsoft does not have ease if use Consumer System to recover lost files. Only a Command System complicated and slow Forces to buy expensive 3rd Party Software not sure if it will work and loss of money added to loss of Photos/Pictures ... Any have a solution?
