Microsoft - Billion $ company full of *********** people

It has been three weeks now that I am paying for products that I cannot access because your Auth app is not working, i have asked called pleaded and no one contacted me yet. I PAY FOR THESE PRODUCTS AND CANNOT USE THEM BECAUSE YOU DON'T ASSIST ME!!! I have a ticket number, which is 8 day sold already, I have spent hours .. yes HOURS on the phone each time verifying ALL my details on EACH call, I get cut off phone again and same BS! I pay for Power BI cannot access my POWERBI on the "on microsoft dot com " domain and cant get ANY assistance from a billion dollar company ... ?
