Microsoft are not delivering on their promise

<p>Well we spent 10's of thousands of rands purchasing legal Software and software assurance which helps nothing if you can't get the media to install. The licence and key are worthless without the media. Being struck by lightning and need to get servers up and running asap Microsoft is just of no use saying it will take 5 days to fix my download issue of the softaware I need !!!!!!!!!!! 5 days !!!!!!!</p> <p>For the almost half a million rand worth of software I would at least expect somebody to quickly cut me a media disc so can get going but no !!!!!!</p>
