Microsoft and their lackluster products.

You latest update build KB ********** completely broke my PC. After the installation I could not even open or repair my PC through the main screen setup. It took 5 attempts through the online technical help desk to get Windows completely reinstalled and to have my PC be set up from scratch. To make matters worse, now every time I put the PC to sleep, open the lid the next time the PC screen just remains off!!!!! You have seriously outdone yourself here!!!! YOU OWE ME A NEW PIECE OF HARDWARE. The only options I have left is to go completely Apple or buy a new PC. Guess which one I should do!
