MicroSoft and Incredible Connection Dysfunction

I'm looking at buying a microsoft surface pro tablet 11 and want to view it and check the size and keyboard feel but the only display model in all of Cape Town with Incredible Connection doesnt have a keyboard and they wont open a box to show me. Canal walk hasn't had one with a keyboard for about 1 month according to staff. Crazy especially at BLACK FRIDAY.
