Microsoft ***** and ****

Tried to buy a subscription to Microsoft 365 personal online. They started deducting transactions from my account multiple times. If I did not have a limit on my account it would have carried on deducting until the account was dry. I gave no consent for them to attempt multiple transactions. The subscription service was not activated. I have been trying to resolve the issue now for about 24 hours. The transactions have not been reversed and they are apparently conducting an "investigation". There has been no detailed explanation as to how this was possible. I would urge everybody to not use Microsoft at all. They care little for customer service and even less about inconveniencing their customers. The epitome of a truly evil corporation.
