Microsoft 365 useless

I bought Microsoft windows 365 last night and it is not working all my programs are asking for the product key which i dont have. i battled for 5 hours last night to get it working but nothing helped Microsoft want me to to pay a additional R65 for a IT specialist to assist I can rather reverse my payment and stay with Microsoft office. This is a useless option to do it via the website. But Microsoft is quick to say thank you for buying the product via e mail but not helpful to install the program
