microsoft 365 support sucks

<p>im trying to help one of my customers with their 365 account and tried contacting microsoft because their support says 24 hours a day 7 days a week and when i call support the offices are closed .. what ****ing bull**** is this? you offer 24 hour support and when we need it you closed? *** kind of advertising is that ?</p>
