Microsoft 2FA Stuck - No Support Waited for Almost 2 Hours On The Phone

Cannot Access My Account, The 2FA does not work. You need to get the Authenticator App in order to change password, however you need the code from the Authenticator App to get the app... It is a dead loop. Online it seems many people have the issue and you are required to call into Microsoft to resolve it. I called in on Friday and waited for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to assist. I was told someone would contact me in 48 hours. That window has ended and no one has contacted me. I called in again today and the ladt has told me I just have to wait. Case ***
