Lost all my emails and my outlook express

I stupidly did an upgrade in outlook express - I am using windows 10. Now I have lost my Mweb emails and cannot retrieve them. They are wanting me to open a Microsoft email - no ways - I run a small business and all my client info sits in this address. Their telephone number is just engaged.
