Locked out of my own account

The worst service ever. I ahev been loyal to live/Hotmail account since 2009. it has officially been 10 years. I registered all my importants account with my live.com email address including my skype, iCloud, Facebook, twitter and every important account I have in my life. they have now locked me out of my account and I cant access my account. I didn't even change my email password or anything. they just decided out of the blue to lock my out. I have tried all their options to recover my emails by they telling me they have blocked my account. what kind of bull is that?. I would advice everyone to stay away from this service
