Locked out of my 5 year email account

<p>I have been locked out of my account I have been usung for the last 5 years because I used my account on my work computer as well asmy home computer. </p> <p>In the verification process they ask to send a verification code to your cell number but they used an old number that I changed 3 months ago so I can't verify it. </p> <p>Because of this they send you to a page that needs to be filled in I filled in every line posible with the right information. And now they tell me I can't use my emai anymore.</p> <p>Al my information is on that email address. What do I do?</p>
