Interuption of Microsoft Service.

Sir/Madam,<br> <br> Two unwanted calls from Microsoft employees on Fri 01 Apr went completely wrong from the start resulting in a verbal threat to block my Microsoft account from a male assistant and later on an abrupt discontinuation of her call blaming me for not listening ! Sat 02 Apr I endeavoured to renegotiate with Customer care Call Center 086<br> 225 567 but being told \to stay by my phone\" whilst being transferred and was put on indefinite wait/hold ,all because of a lack of language skill and or accent/pronunciation.All of this is my dilemma.<br> <br> Sincerely.<br> E.W.Swanepoel.<br> "
