impossible to get to speak to anyone

Phoned the call centre regarding Office Home assistance and went through the motions just to hold on for ever listening to music. This is unacceptable sevice levels for a first world company. Would have expected more. We pay for product and then can't use it. Next stop the consumer counsil.
