IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SERVICE

It is absolutely impossible to get any service out of Microsoft.<br> I am actually blown away how ******* Microsoft's service is. This is one of the biggest companies in the world, yet it is IMPOSSIBLE to get service from someone. <br> I have on multiple occasions tried using their online service. The people are so dumb and don't know what they are doing. I got better help 'googling' solutions.<br> I can't believe that I decided to do things the legal way and BUY the product instead of continue using the **** version. I won't buy your products again. <br> I have a problem with your product having errors and I can't have it fixed and it's damaging my business.
