IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE.

I am currently locked out of my onedrive account. so to recover I am asked a series of questions. the answers are taken directly from my email that has always been on my phone. Still I am told that my answers are not sufficient. i have been doing this for days now trying to recover my account. i do not have the phone number in question anymore. i was able to recover my email address but not onedrive. my entire world is on onedrive. i have asked to speak to a human to assist but its one endless circle of questions that brings me directly back to the same point and still no onedrive. how do i get assistance. Can i please get some assistance before i lose my mind
