I cannot access my hotmail or skype account

<p>This morning i tried to login to my hotmail email to check my emails as i am expecting an urgent email from a potential employer only to find that my email has been blocked. i received message telling me that my password been changed. Guess what i did not change my passwords. No stress i should be able to reset my password. I went into the microsoft site and tried everything possible to reset my password but nothing works. I have been searching the web for an email address so that i can get some technical help to fix this still no luck. Microsoft your sites sucks. Your customers are humans and most of us are not IT wizards. Can somebody out there help me as i desparately need to get into my email account.</p>
