Hotmail upgrade - deleted ALL emails and NO customer support

They did that stupid upgrade and now ALL of my emails are GONE!!! They don't have proper customer service - it resets everytime you go out the window so you have to RESTART everytime a solution doesn't work! Their 'forum' answers are from 2013, and all of the responses are in private messages!!! And then there are NO actual contact details! They've been trying this beta thing for MONTHS and then they still ***** it up!!! How?!?! THIS is your job, but THIS is also why GOOGLE IS THIRIVING!
