HOTMAIL / LINKEDIN NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL

Good day I have a Hotmail account which was hacked. I've been trying since Friday to get in touch with anyone who can assist me regarding this matter. My LinkedIn profile is also linked to this account. I have tried to reset my password and had no luck. I've tried to phone and yet again no luck as no one answers the phone. I can't seem to get anyone to help me and this is terrible service from Microsoft.
