Hotmail account retrieval

Hi,

I am experiencing problems logging Into my hotmail account, and cannot retrieve the password as the number used is no longer active. I have also forgotten the security questions as the account was created over 10 years ago.

I have hardly used my Hotmail account in recent years. Since then, my credit card as well as my telephone number and my address (I have been living in South Africa since August 2019) have changed several times.

You may also find that I used my gmail and the Hotmail address alternately, as these accounts have been interconnected. My Facebook account was also created with the *** email address.

I have tried to contact Microsoft but they do not make it easy to do this.

I need them to help me access my *** as soon as possible, and to be able to set up a new password.
