Horrible Customer Service!!!!!

Absolutely ********** customer service. I have been trying to contact someone regarding a double debit they've done on my account and the online systems are not helping.

I am struggling to get a hold of someone in customer service. These automated services do not give me the options I need, no one has called me back regarding this and it is serious as money has left my account when it shouldn't have.
