Great support start to finnish

After a cyber attack that every device in my house I contacted Microsoft tech support I'm glad to say that they were there every minute helping fight of this situation.

A lot of jump to conclusions too quickly about them. I wish that I could paste some of the Tech response messages I got not just regarding the attack but also to provide morale support in a way calming me down. I was threatened and ******ed for days with no escape.
