Frustrated Microsoft Customer

I tried upgrading to windows 10 from windows 7 two weeks ago. I had problems doing so. Consequently I chatted with a Microsoft techie online who convinced me that it would be good if I bought a Microsoft Asure service for a year. I did so. Sad to say that I have not got much service since then. Promises for Microsoft engineers to call has only been that...a promise that was never kept. It has been a week now and I still await one of the Microsoft engineers to contact me (my issue was escalated to level 2). Is this why I bought ZAR 1000 service from Microsoft???? I sure don't have much trust in that company!!!..My Service request ***. It is amost impossible to get through Customer care center: ***either and I was waitng for 1/2 hour before I hung up!!!...Frustrated Customer of Microsoft!!!
