Finding it impossible to get assistance in acquisition of Dynamics 365 for Operations

<p>More than 3 weeks ago I phoned support and spoke to someone on length explaining what we require. He suggested that we buy Dynamics 365 for Operations but he will get a local South African representative to call me within 3 working days (still waiting). When you try and buy the product online it says please contact us. You then complete an online form with your details which indicates they will contact you. This I did about 5 times over the last few days without any succes. I then tried to get a local partner to contact me with the same result. If you call their Jhb number it goes to a pre-recorded message asking you for who you want to leave a message. It just seams impossible to get any assitance.</p>
