Extremely poor service

I called Microsoft support for help with Office 365 (a service for which I pay a monthly subscription) several times. I was passed on from pillar to post all over the world each and every time I called them. Apart from that I eventually received help from someone that could hardly speak any English in some Asian country that was unable to understand or help me. I believe that Microsoft will eventually die as a direct result of their poor customer service.
