Double charging yearly subscriptions.

First year that the renewal of the Office 365 they charge me double. You can't contact them at all. There phones just cut off. You don't get hold of there accounts department at all. It really sucks. All these big companies hide behind an automated phone system that you can't get to speak to a person.
