DONT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM MICROSOFT SUPPORT - THEY ARE TERRIBLE

DON'T DARE ASK MICROSOFT FOR A HUMAN TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, as you will be pushed to use AI, or a BOT or JUST NO SUPPORT BACKGROUND: For the past 2 weeks I have attempted to setup Microsoft exchange, (for my email), with the initial account and payment creation being successful, and linking my domain to the account, and then subsequently being "thrown" out of the account I created a Trial account, however when attempting to re-connect to the account, I get the "Your Account does Not exist". I then created a new account, again with success.

CURRENT ISSUE: I have been attempting to contact Microsoft support (to speak with a real support person)for over two weeks (why 2 weeks, as I get frustrated and then just stop), and when calling the support numbers for South Africa, advised cannot assist log into your account. This just feels like "Ground-Hod_Day".

Why Is MICROSOFT SUPPORT SO POOR?????????????
