Don't instal free Windows 10

Installed free upgrade to Windows 10 and haven't been able to print anything for over a week. No response from call centre, switchboard sent email for consultant to phone me. Eventually got a call from call centre in India. He has spent the last week trying to fix the problem, installing, uninstalling, scanning, nothing works. was supposed to call me at 9am yesterday morning. Nothing, nada, zilch. Then a consultant called me from SA and said he would call back later. Did he call ?? ------ NOoooooo!!. So now I am stuck. Run accounting and tax consultancy practice and CANNOT PRINT ANYTHING!! My computer technician recommends uninstalling everything and reinstalling Windows 7 & and Microsoft Office 7. Will take 3 days. What will happen to my clients and my practice? Dreadful experience from Microsoft. Shame on you.
