Does Microsoft want to promote Windows 10 ??
I've been using Windows 8.1 on two mobiles for 2 years. Very happy and efficient.
Now I've updated to Windows10 (free update). I also have Office 360 on two devices and my son on two others.

However, I've been having problems with the Tablet's Win.10. No disk space at all, and I can't get in to delete anything.

OK, I'm not an IT expert.
So when I passed a promotional store at Cresta Centre today, I thought it was a good idea to ask if there was someone that could help me.
NOW THE BOTTOM LINE:
There were 3 staff manning the stall. One very busy (on his own) with a computer.
The other two on the inside of a counter, facing each other by 45?. On the other side of the counter, two ladies, also close together, facing the two (aparently) staff.
I tried by moving form gap to gap to attract their attention to no avail. Why? Because they were eating meat pies or similar, and having drinks - and talking. THIS WAS AT 15h55.
Nothing I could do could cause one of then to speak to me,

I know you understand what I'm explaining. I know it's clear.
If you want to promote Microsoft and Win 10, please tell your staff to pay attention to the public - not to socialise. I would welcome any contact.
