Do not rely on Microsoft for support in SA unless you want to pay more!

<p>Two weeks in a row my Microsoft Office Professional Plus package bombed out. Again I have to re-install it and lose all my email accounts. It is hampering my business as everything goes on hold until I can resolve the problem. Tried contacting Microsoft of which after paying already so much for the products your are expected to pay even more for service? why pay more for online service, surely the products should be fully functional?</p>
