Despicable Microsoft Support

Can't download from App store. Says I need Internet connection which I have. Then I try support bot what a disaster. When I try Contact, I get the You need Internet connection. I call the number which is not toll free.I hold foreve 1st day I am connected to someone in Nigeria who tried to fix prob remotely. Would call me back to check if all was good he said. Several days later, I tried call again yesterday. Spent 7 minutes holding. And one actually pays for this abuse. Worst service.
