Despicable attitude

I telephone Microsoft customer care today with a query regarding Outlook 2013.<br> A service agent answered who was not only impolite, continually shouting and refusing to listen to the query, but, when I asked him his name, slammed down the phone.<br> Microsoft this is the first time I have had such a despicable attitude.<br> This behaviour is totally unacceptable<br> If it makes any difference I have the exact time I telephoned.
