Dell Laptop Rendered Unusable after Free Automatic Windows 10 Upgrade

This year Microsoft installed Windows 10 on my Dell laptop despite selecting the option not to download the software. The following problems have occurred as a direct result of this:

Shut down error, resulting in the ethernet, LAN and wireless ports being blocked so there is no way to connect to the internet.

The bluetooth and on-board 3G device have both stopped working completely and according to Dell they do not make the Windows 10 drivers for this model of laptop.

How could Microsoft forcefully install software onto a machine that is not even compatible with it, without my consent? Surely if the PC companies do not have the resources to develop new drivers for Windows 10 then Microsoft should compensate for the forced upgrade and develop the drivers themselves? The fault lies fully with Microsoft that my perfectly good laptop is now unusable as a tool to run my business.
