Debit Order

My son, Timothy has a Microsoft Xbox Live account that we paid R50.00 a month. He is not using it since June 2015 because he has a PS4 now. We tried to stop the account with no success. Now since June 2016 the payment changed to R159.00 per month. There is no contact place where we can stopped the account. Can you please assist.
