customer service is soooooo bad

I bought a Xbox 1 console which gave me problems and was swooped out after plenty of phone calls and time. I have had the second console now for 4 months and again it's not akways working properky. I have phoned Microsoft again and just get the same feedback that they will phone me back. I have even got arreference nr. I have decided to put it back in the box and put it away. Going to go buy a PS4 today and the guys arent having any issues with them.
