*******ING MY COMPUTER

Anybody any joy contacting Microsoft here in South Africa - I have been trying for days with no success. I phone their *** number and get their switchboard - and then nobody is available - and then empty promises of call backs - still waiting since Monday. Microsoft technical people in the Phillipines tried to load OFFICE 365 on my computer remotely but only succeeded in leaving me with a locked blue screen and a few white squares. Had to go back to my computer manufacturer to get them to sort out the problem - so much for Microsoft help !!!!!!
