Complaint

Microsoft is debuting me everymonth but my Microsoft office shows unlicensed. I have email and try too contact them with success except once when they wanted me to pay and then they wwoukd help. I have been trying firseveral months to cancel the subscription without success . I cannot even reverse payments orstop payments because of the way it is loaded. Some one pls help
